Editor’s picks: My favorite staff photos of 2015

A former colleague of mine once wrote a column that was published in a “Chicken Soup for the Soul” book about how he always viewed his dad as Superman. It wasn’t until he got older and had kids of his own that he realized his dad was a just that, a father, but a particularly solid one. This photograph of West Islip resident Jack Cutrone, shot by reporter Chris Lisinski at Stakey’s Pumpkin Farm in Aquebogue this October, reminds me of the “dad who can do it all.”
