Winter storm local closings and delays

The following is a list of North Fork postponements, closures and delays due to Monday’s winter storm. Email [email protected] to report a closure or delay.

BUSINESSES:

• Tanger Outlet Mall is closed.

• Long Island Aquarium is closed.

• Safari Adventure is closed.

• Peconic Ballet Theatre is closed.

GOVERNMENT

• Southampton Town facilities are closed.

• Brookhaven Town has cancelled Friday’s Planning Board meeting and has closed the following facilities and programs: all recreation and senior Centers; Aquatic Center in Mastic; Bay Area Nutrition Center; North Shore Nutrition Center at the Rose Caracappa Senior Center; meals for the Brookhaven Homebound Nutrition Program were delivered over the weekend in anticipation of the storm.

LIBRARIES

• Riverhead Free Library is closed.

SCHOOLS

• Riverhead School District is closed. The Board of Education meeting scheduled for Tuesday night is canceled as well. The next meeting is Feb. 23.

• Shoreham-Wading River School District is closed.

• Bishop McGann-Mercy is closed.

• St. Isidore School is closed.

• Riverhead Charter School is closed.

• Peconic Community School is closed.

• Lyrical Children’s Preschool & Learning Center in Calverton is closed.

• LIU Riverhead is closed.

• St. David’s School in Riverhead is closed.
