Cops: Armed robbery reported Friday night in Riverhead

Riverhead Town Police are searching for two men responsible for an armed robbery that occurred Friday night at M&G Deli located at 999 E. Main St., Riverhead Town Police said. 

The two men wearing ski masks entered the store, displayed a hang gun and demanded money from the cashier, police said. Officers responded at 9:18 p.m. and found the suspects had stolen an undetermined amount of cash and fled the store.
