Jamesport FD receives Suffolk County Military Service Award

Jamesport Fire Department members received the Suffolk County Military Service Award during a ceremony on Monday, according to a press release issued by the Jamesport Fire Department.

Suffolk County Legislator Al Krupski (D-Cutchogue) presented the awards during a ceremony at the fire department to those who’ve served in the military, Jamesport Fire Department Chief John Andrejack stated in the press release.

“The department is very grateful to Legislator Krupski for recognizing the members dedication,” he said. “It is in their nature to want to selflessly serve their community. I am not surprised we have so many members that also serve our nation.”
