Recap: Town Board discusses EPCAL environmental study

The Riverhead Town Board is reviewing the long-awaited EPCAL environmental impact study.

Officials have said the study was delayed in part to accommodate Luminati, the high-tech company that plans to make unmanned aerial vehicles at EPCAL.

Also on the agenda are discussions about the county’s E911 emergency system and ADP, which is a payroll service.
