Jean A. Dussault

Calverton resident Jean A. Dussault, formerly of Bridgehampton, died Jan. 8 at her home. She was 90. 

The daughter of Harold and Jeanette Johnson, she was born Dec. 22, 1926, in Freeport and attended Freeport High School.

Ms. Dussault was a homemaker, a former member of Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church, and a Girl Scout leader.

Family members said she enjoyed reading, sewing, playing cards and spending time with family.

Predeceased by her daughter Susan in 1979, Ms. Dussault is survived by her husband, Nelson; her daughters Lynn McCarthy of Scarsdale, Karen, of Hampton Bays and Nancy Giordano of New City, N.Y.; her brother, Robert Johnson of Hawaii; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. Cremation was private.
