East End Drug Task Force makes drug arrest, seizes Fentanyl

A Riverhead man was arrested Friday by the East End Drug Task Force and charged with three counts of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, according to a press release.

Andre M. Coach, 41, of Riverhead was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.

The press release said “quantities of Fentanyl were recovered at the time of arrest.” The location of the investigation in the area of Riverhead Commons at 733 E. Main St. was the site of prior narcotic overdoes, recently, police said.
