Frank C. Ceckowski of Calverton died March 18 at Peconic Bay Medical Center. He was 74.
He was born Nov. 20, 1944, to Ana (Sodal) and Leo Ceckowski in Riverhead.
Mr. Ceckowski graduated from Riverhead High School in 1962 and served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1967.
He was a foreman at Coca Cola for 36 years and was a member of Riverhead Moose Lodge and Riverhead VFW. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and surf casting.
Mr. Ceckowski was predeceased by his wife, Barbara, in 2010. He is survived by sons Donald (Pam) Owen and James (Emaline) and Wayne Ceckowski of Riverhead; his brother, Robert, of Riverhead; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitors will be received Friday, March 22, from 9 to 11 a.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
