Helga M. Smith of Aquebogue died March 24 after a lengthy illness at East End Hospice Kanas Center for Hospice Care in Westhampton Beach. She was 79.A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, at Calverton National Cemetery.
