James Nickolas Cardinal Jr.

James Nickolas Cardinal Jr. of Calverton died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025. He was 89 years old. 

Born in Calverton Sept. 27, 1936, to Florence (Dickinson) and James N. Cardinal Sr., he was a veteran and went on to work as a forklift operator. 

Mr. Cardinal is survived by many nieces and nephews. 

The family has chosen to remember his life privately at this time, and inurnment will be held at Riverhead Cemetery.
