Marcel Joseph Rocco Alaimo Sr.

Marcel Joseph Rocco Alaimo Sr. of Riverside, formerly of Calverton, died Sept. 4, 2026. He was 83.

Born in Brooklyn Sept. 30, 1942, he was the son of Joseph Alaimo and Theodora (Manule) Alaimo. He graduated high school and married Nancy Lee (Yezek) Alaimo. Family said he enjoyed music and hockey.

Mr. Alaimo is survived by his spouse Nancy Alaimo; daughter Deborah Ann Alaimo and son-in-law Robert Eldridge; son Marcel Joseph Rocco Alaimo Jr. and daughter-in-law Debra Alaimo; daughter Jeanine Hintze and son-in-law Andrew; sister Geraldine Alden; and grandchildren Joshua, Danielle, Miranda, Gabrielle, Isabella, Andrew Jr. and Kaitlin.

There was no public visitation or funeral service. McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home assisted the family.
