Lena M. Harris

Lena M. Harris of Riverhead died Oct. 23, 2026. She was 90.

Born in Sag Harbor Feb. 11, 1936, she was the daughter of John and Fannie (Paige) Fields. She married Hollis Harris and worked as a saleswoman at Lentin’s in Riverhead.

Ms. Harris was a devoted parishioner of First Baptist Church of Riverhead.

Predeceased by her husband, she is survived by her son Hollis of Las Vegas, Nev.; and nine grandchildren.

She will be buried at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30 at Calverton National Cemetery.
