A Flanders teen has been arrested on three felony weapons charges and another three misdemeanors after cops caught him with a loaded handgun while arresting him on a Suffolk County warrant, according to a Southampton Town police press release. READ
A Flanders man stopped for a traffic violation Thursday morning now faces a weapons charge, Southold Police said.
Police report that after pulling over Wilber Soyos-Estrada, 18, on Route 48 in Peconic officers found a pair of chuka sticks under the drivers seat and a marijuana cigarette in the man’s pocket.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving without a license and held pending arraignment.
