LIVE: Riverhead Town Board to discuss downtown ice rink, dumpsters

The Riverhead Town Board will again discuss the Business Improvement District’s plan for a synthetic ice rink, along with a plan to have centralized dumpster corrals downtown, at its work session Thursday starting at 10 a.m.
