PHOTOS: Breakfast With Santa draws a crowd

About 600 people showed up on Saturday to have their picture taken with the guy in the big, red suit – and get some free pancakes topped with gummy bears, M&Ms, whipped cream and more in the process.

North Shore Christian Church on Kroemer Avenue hosted its sixth annual Breakfast With Santa event, open to all families, from 9 a.m. to noon. In one room, rows of tables hosted eager children for the breakfast, while Santa and his elves waited in another room to sit for a picture with local kids.
