Blotter: Three arrests for alleged DWI

Riverhead police made 25 arrests between Sept. 6 and Sept 12.

  • Tyree Dawson of Rivheread, 34, was arrested for alleged burglary.
  • Susan Pavlak of Riverhead, 54; Tyrita Maas of Riverhead, 46; and Melvin Flores Vidal of Wading River, 32, were arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
  • Nicholas Berg of Riverhead, 41, was arrested for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Kevin Chumi of Riverhead, 28, was arrested for alleged criminal imprisonment.
  • Six individuals were arrested for alleged petit larceny: Jacob Riehl of Riverhead, 35; Nicholas Berg of Riverhead, 41; Erneso Schibeci of Mastic, 47; Marquis Nolan of Calverton, 36, (three counts); Jacqueline Kestler of Riverhead, 42; and Julius Ehrman of Brooklyn, 47. Mr. Riehl was also arrested on two outstanding warrants.
  • Riverhead residents Tayana Thompson, 30, and Richard Nocella, 31, were arrested for alleged criminal contempt.
  • Oleksandr Bondarenko of Riverhead was arrested for alleged aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
  • Michael Frisse of Riverhead, 63, was arrested for alleged reckless endangerment.
  • Angelo Buhler of Riverhead, 28, was arrested for alleged harassment.
  • Outstanding bench or arrest warrants were executed against Suzanne Melzer of New York, 41; Dahiana Carrasco of the Dominican Republic,41; and Georgette Lester of Riverhead, 46.
  • Robert Deneuve, address unknown, 50, was arrested on an alleged town code violation.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
