Blotter: Cops make 19 arrests; one man faces four charges

Riverhead Town police made the following arrests from Sept. 13 to 19:

Sergio Palencia-Perez of Riverhead, 38, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.

Byron Samuel, 37, listed as a resident of both Riverhead and Winston-Salem, N.C., was arrested on two petit larceny charges, as well as charges of alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance and trespass.

Ebony Booker of Riverhead, 36, was arrested for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance and on an arrest warrant.

Mariquis Wilkins of Manhattan, 40; Kevin Simmons of East Hampton, 67; and Pamela Gatz of Manorville, 71, were arrested for alleged petit larceny.

Kenneth Hardy of Coram, 38, was arrested for alleged trespass and, in a separate entry, a town code violation. Engell Leon Garcia of Riverhead, 29, was also arrested for an alleged town code violation.

Dallas Sanders of Mattituck, 20, was arrested for alleged aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Yerrow Marjan of Riverhead, 50, and Celis De Jesus Santos-Cuellar of Riverhead, 22, were arrested on arrest warrants.

Jaime Villavicencio of Shirley, 39; Luis Morales, 44, listed as being from Guatemala; and Armando Lema Inga of Riverhead, 34, were arrested on bench warrants.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
