Blotter: Man charged multiple times for town code violation
• On Sept. 22, Jeffry Flores Ortiz, 20, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
• On Sept. 23, Darnell Giles, 57, of Riverhead was arrested on two counts of alleged petit larceny and one count of false impersonation.
• On Sept. 23, Nelson Cepeda Perugachi, 37, of Flanders and Alejandra Guerrero-Teran, 35, of Ecuador were arrested for alleged petit larceny.
• On Sept. 24, Tamara Aiken, 43, of Bellport was arrested for alleged petit larceny.
• On Sept. 24, Walter Mayen Ruiz, 44, of Riverhead was arrested on an outstanding warrant, according to police.
• On Sept. 24, Raymond Perry, 44, of Mastic was arrested for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• On Sept. 24, Shawn Mungin, 49, of Riverhead, was charged with an alleged town code violation.
• On Sept. 25, Stanley Bryant, 55, of Sanford, Fla. was arrested for alleged burglary.
• On Sept. 25, Kyle Sperrazza, 28, of Levittown and Les Moore, 34, of Riverhead were arrested for alleged obstruction of government administration.
• On Sept. 26, Shawn Mungin, 49, of Riverhead, was charged with an alleged town code violation, for the second time in three days.
• On Sept. 26, Dennis Velasco, 29, of Shirley, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
• On. Sept. 26, Jaime Morocho, 24, of Southampton was arrested for alleged petit larceny.
• On Sept. 26, Darnell Giles, 57, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged burglary and an alleged town code violation.
• On Sept. 27, Shawn Mungin, 49, of Riverhead, was charged with an alleged town code violation.
• On Sept. 27, Douglas Doyle, 28, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged harassment.
• On Sept. 28, Eva Blanco, 46, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
• On Sept. 28, Gregory Nocera, 31, who is undomiciled, was arrested for alleged petit larceny.
• On Sept. 28, Kerry Mindich, 67, of Mastic, was arrested for alleged petit larceny.
Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
