PHOTO GALLERY: Racing, fireworks light up Riverhead ahead of Fourth of July storm

Riverhead Raceway kicked off the holiday weekend on Friday — before storms slammed the East End on Saturday — with the Flying Dutchman Tribute, a 76-lap Tour Type Modifieds race honoring Fred “The Flying Dutchman” Harbach, plus a full night of racing, family traditions and fireworks.
