Blotter: Four alleged to have driven under the influence
Riverhead Town police made the following arrests from July 5 to July 11:
- Erin Prunty, 26, of Stony Brook was arrested for alleged aggravated driving while intoxicated.
- Yessenia Fernandez, 49, of Hauppauge; Marcello Wyllie Fernandez, 30, of Rocky Point; and Nicolas Juan Francisco, 22, of Riverhead were arrested for alleged DWI.
- William Donnelly, 45, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged burglary and criminal trespass.
- Benjamin Halsey, 37, and Bryan Villavicencio, 20, both of Riverhead, were arrested for alleged assault.
- Kristen Guilfoil, 35, of Riverhead was arrested on two counts of alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Nykell Dean, 27, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstructing governmental administration.
- Anthony Pucci, 70, of Wading River, was arrested for alleged criminal contempt.
- Charles Giardinello, 51, of Riverhead, was arrested for alleged aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
- Fallon Wigley, 36, of New York City, was arrested for alleged harassment.
- Michael Turner, 24, of Riverhead was arrested for alleged criminal mischief.
- Marcus Belcher, 34, of Riverhead; Tyaine Skinner, 31, of Bohemia; and Johnny Almodovar, 49, of Shirley were arrested on arrest warrants.
- Ruben Asia, 43, of East Patchogue and Christian Baltaian, 44, of Moriches were arrested on bench warrants.
Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
