Justice Court

There were 323 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, May 17-19. The following are among those adjudicated.

* Corey Player, 41, of Church Drive in Mastic Beach pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.

* Paul Blaney, 56, of Dune Road in Westhampton Beach pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.

* John Rodriguez, 31, of Lake Avenue in Northampton pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from a DWI charge, and was fined $500 and given a 90-day suspension of his license.

* Joshua Pressley, 21, of Hillcrest Avenue in Southampton pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $300.

* Denzel Faines, 19, of Davidson Avenue in Bellport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was sentenced to time already served in jail.

* A second-degree harassment charge against Ebony Brown, 29, of West Main Street in Riverhead was dismissed.
