Cops: Flanders man arrested on DWI charge

A Flanders man was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Flanders Road early Sunday morning, Southampton Town police said. 

Gerby Francisco Lorenzo, 30, was stopped for an undisclosed traffic infraction about 1:30 a.m. when he was found to be driving in an intoxicated condition, police said.

He was taken to police headquarters and held for a morning arraignment.
