Achievements: Former Riverhead students making the dean’s list

• Two local students have been named to the fall 2010 dean’s list at Wagner College on Staten Island: Timothy Ferris of Manorville, who is majoring in English, and Kellie Griffith of Riverhead.

• Alexandra Budd of Riverhead has made the dean’s list for fall 2010 at SUNY/Cortland, where she majors in health education.

• Gabrielle Niewadomski of Riverhead has earned a place on the fall 2010 dean’s list at Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I., where she is a senior majoring in applied psychology.

• Bria Yazic of Riverhead has been named to the dean’s list for fall 2010 at the University of Vermont in Burlington, where she is a sophomore linguistics major in the College of Arts and Sciences.

• Air National Guard Airman Richard Von Voigt graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The son of Richard and Donna Van Voigt of Wading River, he earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is a 2001 graduate of Shoreham-Wading River High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Springfield College in Massachusetts.

• Jennifer Nabrizny, daughter of Bill Nabrizny of Aquebogue, has made the dean’s list for fall 2010 at St. Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, N.Y., where she is a resident adviser and the manager for the women’s basketball team.

• Alyssa Torre of Calverton has been named to the fall 2010 dean’s list at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C.

• Brittney Denninger of Riverhead has earned a place on the president’s list for the fall 2010 semester at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C.

• David Zilnicki, son of Marybeth Zilnicki of Riverhead, has been named to the president’s list for the fall semester 2010 at SUNY/Farmingdale.

• Kelly Miloski, a 2008 graduate of Riverhead High School. has earned a place on the fall 2010 dean’s list at SUNY/Cortland, where she is a health science major with a minor in public administration and planning. Kelly is the daughter of Jean and Mark Miloski of Calverton.

• Daniel Zilnicki of Riverhead has been named to the dean’s list at the University of New Hampshire at Durham for the fall 2010 semester.

• Andrea Hill of Riverhead was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2010 semester at SUNY/Potsdam

• Brianna Dammers, Riverhead High School Class of 2008, has earned a place on the fall 2010 dean’s list at SUNY/Cortland. Brianna is the daughter of Keith and Barbara Dammers of Calverton.
