Cops: Man threatened with knife in Walmart parking lot
A man was reportedly threatened with a knife in a Walmart parking lot Monday afternoon, Riverhead Town police said.
The man, an employee at Walmart, was collecting shopping carts at the Walmart on Route 58 about 3:45 p.m. when another man approached him and threatened him with a knife, according to a police report.
The employee called police to the scene, but could not identify the man. No arrests have been reported involving the incident.
