SWR Lax-Out Cancer event scheduled for April 26

Lax-Out Cancer, Shoreham-Wading River’s cancer awareness event and fundraiser, will be held April 26 with a lacrosse doubleheader at Shoreham-Wading River High School. 

A girls game between Bellport and Shoreham will start things off at noon, followed by a boys game between Mount Sinai and Shoreham at 2:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the event will go to charities. There are no admission charges for the games but donations will be accepted. To donate online, go to www.laxoutcancer.com.
