The victim suffered a laceration to his hand was treated at the scene by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance personnel.

Mr. Luna-Martinez was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, police said.

The New York State Liquor Authority will be notified of the incident, police said.
