Sarah E. Kasprzyk-Quick

Sarah E. Kasprzyk-Quick of Center Moriches died after a long battle with cancer Dec. 25 at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead. She was 43.

She was born May 20, 1976, in Riverhead to Rose (Galante) and Izzy Danowski.

Ms. Kasprzyk-Quick was employed at Sea Cove Restaurant in Center Moriches.

She was predeceased by her father and is survived by her mother; her husband, Joseph Kasprzyk; her children, Marienne, Larissa, Joseph and Daniel; and her brothers, Michael and Stephan.

A memorial visitation will take place Friday, Jan. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home in Riverhead.
