Cops: Riverhead man burglarized deli, charged with felony

A Riverhead man with a history of felony arrests was charged with breaking into the Polish Town Deli on Pulaski Street, according to a Riverhead Town police press release.

Patrick Degori, 57, reportedly burglarized the deli around 5 a.m Tuesday, the report states. He was arrested Friday and charged with felony third-degree burglary, police said. He was arraigned at Riverhead Town Justice Court and held at Suffolk County Correctional Facility, officials said.

In January 2016, police discovered him inside a Riverhead Starbucks after the burglar alarm had activated, according to a previous report. He was charged with felony third-degree burglary, officials said.

In addition, Mr. Degori was arrested on the same charge in June 2015 after reportedly broke into a walk-in refrigerator at a downtown brewery and stole beer, police said.
