Michael Mazzella of Riverhead died suddenly at his home Easter Sunday, Mary 31, 2013. He was 70 years old.

He was born Jan. 8, 1943, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Vincent and March (Cacciuttolo) Mazzella.

The family received friends April 4 at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck, where religious services were conducted April 5 by Father Peter Garry. Interment was at Union Cemetery in Sayville.
