Alma Ceckowski

Alma Ceckowski of Riverhead died Nov. 13 at the Riverhead Care Center at the age of 84.
She was a lifelong Riverhead resident, born there on Jan. 1, 1926.
Predeceased by her husband, John, in 1996, Ms. Ceckowski is survived by her nieces, Patricia Hodun of Aquebogue and Martha Zarro of Riverhead, and her nephew, Harold Rogers of Manorville.
Private cremation was entrusted to McLaughlin-Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. Interment will take place at 2 p.m., tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 19, at Calverton National Cemetery.
