Virginia M. Conklin
Virginia M. Conklin of Riverhead died March 21. She was 94 years old.
She was born in Hempstead Nov. 3, 1918, to Spencer and Margaret (Magee) McNary.
Predeceased by her husband, George, in 2006, Ms. Conklin is survived by her sons, George, of Baiting Hollow, Thomas, of Texas, and Bruce, of Riverhead; her daughter, Judith Nestlen of Albany; her brother, Spencer McNary of Riverhead; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A service will take place Friday, April 19, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Riverhead. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead.
